Sunsets and Starry Nights

Every evening, we marveled at the sunsets from our balcony. The staff were friendly. The pool area was fine and never crowded!

There were limited dining options, as only one restaurant was available . The menu felt repetitive after a few days.

The place was immaculately clean and modern, had brilliantly helpful staff from the maids. Had brand-new, beautifully maintained room with a fridge as well as a balcony. The food was amazing, I loved bread and fruit.

The buffet was a joke. I even encountered raw bread! Plus, the lack of room service was frustrating. I had to request washcloths at the front desk every time because they wouldn't provide them in the room.

The buffet lunch for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. Very varied. The attention of the staff is phenomenal. Too kind.

The food is delicious and I loved the variety of dishes, the open bar is also incredible. Very good staff attention and facilities were always very clean.

Pillows very uncomfortable, transport is TOO expensive. The schedules are very "Americanized," the same and could have more flexibility for the buffet because Mexicans have other meal times.

The rooftop pool offers a fine view and is a great spot to relax.

The only dining option was one restaurant, which lacked variety in the menu.

the customer service by the reception staff is not adequate, very distracted and make you spin around.

The main dining options are somewhat limited, with one buffet and one a-la-carte restaurant that can feel restrictive over multiple days-especially when the a-la-carte requires reservations. The food lacks variety and I encountered a few subpar dishes that didn't meet expectations, including overcooked items and bland flavors. There's no room service, which can be frustrating when you want to kick back after a long day. While the beach offers a nice view, swimming isn't an option due to the rough waters.

Very good food, very varied. Good bed, very comfortable.

The dinner a la carte is very limited, the number of people and if you go for a day you have no chance to dine there because you have to make the reservation from 8 to 11 am, if you reach would be 2 or more nights. I didn't like it.

Great location and friendly vibes

I had a really enjoyable stay, with spacious rooms and a fantastic rooftop pool that provided fine views of the coastline. The staff were attentive, and I particularly appreciated the vibrant evening entertainment that added to the resort's ambiance. The dining options were somewhat limited, with the buffet lacking variety throughout our stay.
